Louisa trained at the London School of Beauty Culture over 20 years ago gaining a CIDESCO Diploma, an internationally recognised award, she then took an ITEC training in Holistic Massage.Louisa specialises in therapeutic massage using techniques to relax the muscles and increase circulation, thus having a positive effect upon the body. Massage puts us back in touch and is known to reduce emotional and physical stress, enhancing welbeing. Louisa is trained to use facial and scalp massage with accupressure which has been known to relieve headaches and migraine symptoms. Your massage can be tailored to your needs.
