Prevention is the Cure
Cameron Reid BSc (Hons) DO studied at the University of Surrey and gained a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology. He specialised in Ergonomics, and his dissertation was on Mental Fatigue in the Workplace.
He then worked at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in the Department of Ergonomics. He assisted Prof E Grandjean in his work on computer keyboard and screen design. This experience developed a valuable insight into how man’s working environment affects him physically.
He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy, London, in 1986 and went on to set up the highly respected Dereham Osteopathic Clinic focussing on back pain, sports injuries and their prevention.
22 years of treating people in many different industries and understanding the causes of their back related injuries has lead him into developing a self-help method for his patients. A method allowing patient recovery from debilitating back pain, a simple method that can be practiced at both work and home.
